By using Zippy you agree to these terms. They cover what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how we resolve the rare cases where we disagree.
You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind your organization. Zippy is a business tool, not for personal use with personal data of consumers without proper basis.
We may decline accounts or studies that, in our judgment, violate the Acceptable Use policy below.
Access to the Zippy product as described on the marketing site, subject to your plan's limits (population size, study count, integrations, etc.).
During private beta, we provide the service as-is, with our best effort to maintain availability and a published incident history. Production-grade SLAs apply to Pro and Enterprise plans once they exit beta.
Don't use Zippy to model identifiable individuals without their consent, generate content intended to deceive in a high-stakes regulated domain (medical advice, legal opinions, financial advice presented as such), or attempt to extract another customer's data.
Zippy outputs are research signal, not a substitute for ground-truth evidence in high-stakes decisions. Don't represent synthetic findings as primary research from real respondents.
You own your inputs and your outputs. We hold a narrow license to process them solely to deliver the service to you. Detail in the Privacy summary.
We own the Zippy product, models, panels, and the methodology. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
Starter is free for individual researchers. Pro is $500 per user, per month, billed monthly or annually with no auto-renew without notice. Enterprise is annual on a signed order.
Refunds: Pro plans are pro-rated on cancellation within 14 days of first charge. Enterprise refund terms are in the signed order.
Zippy is provided as research tooling. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months (or $500 during free beta).
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or decisions made on the basis of Zippy outputs without ground-truth validation.
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for material breach (Acceptable Use, non-payment, security risk).
On termination you can export your studies, populations, transcripts, and any uploaded data for 30 days, after which content is hard-deleted.
Governing law: Delaware, USA. Disputes go to good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration in San Francisco under JAMS rules. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP and confidentiality matters.
